Refund Policy

At Seattle Hyperbarics, we want you to be satisfied with your experience. This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for our hyperbaric oxygen therapy sessions, session packages, and memberships.

1. Single Sessions

If you need to cancel or reschedule a single session, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled or refunded. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full.

2. Session Packages

Session packages are non-refundable once any session in the package has been used. If no sessions in a package have been used, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Unused packages do not expire unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

3. Memberships

Memberships may be cancelled at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and membership fees already charged are non-refundable. There are no partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.

4. Medical Circumstances

If you are unable to complete your sessions due to a documented medical reason, please contact us. We will review these situations on a case-by-case basis and may offer a credit or refund at our discretion.

5. How to Request a Refund

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
